The Chef and his team take us to a simple and refined place where each plate transports you into a beautiful story. I liked the play of textures, the right seasoning, the presentation and the audacity of the proposals. A simple menu (choice of 3 starters 3 main courses 1 cheese 3 desserts), of high quality and diversity. It's been a long time since I've been surprised like this. THANKS.
