Also habe ich mal das Essen getestet.Die Karte ist recht übersichtlich und überrascht mit einer Mischung aus süddeutschen Gerichten (Maultaschen, etc.) und einigen norddeutschen Gerichten (Labskaus) sowie Standard-Sachen (Salat mit Putenbrust...). Mein Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalb war ok, wenn auch in sehr viel Fett gebraten. Mit 18,80 für FLensburg nicht gerade billig. Auch die übrigen Gerichte sind meines Erachtens für FL recht teuer. Ob sich die Norddeutschen für käsespätzle begeistern werden, glaube ich nicht so recht.Ich hätte mir jedenfalls mehr regionale Küche gewünscht.Der Service war gut. Das Ambiente hat mich angesprochen. Der Blick auf den Gastseglerhafen ist schön.Vielleicht komme ich das nächste Mal nur auf einen Kaffee oder ein Getränk vorbei. Die Küche fand ich leider etwas durchschnittlich. Da gibt es noch Luft nach oben.
