So sweet, friendly, and accommodating, both the employees and the manager.

My mother and I only ordered frappes, as we weren’t very hungry, while the children had some food. About an hour after drinking the frappe, both my mother and I began to feel extremely unwell. We experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea. Personally, I have never in my life had such intense and sudden diarrhea like I did after drinking that frappe. I have no doubt that something was wrong with the frappe we were served. The symptoms came on so quickly and were so extreme that it could not have been a coincidence. It was a truly horrible experience. I strongly urge you to investigate this matter seriously and check the quality and storage of the frappes served at your restaurant today. I hope you take this complaint seriously, as this should never happen to anyone.
