What Brett Campbell doesn't like about Kondalilla Eco Resort:
After purchasing 4-5 gift vouchers from this resort, my parents were unable to use them because my father had a serious heart condition and required time to recover. They were less than two weeks past the expiration date when my father contacted both the resort and Groupon, only to be told that the vouchers had expired and would not be honored. I did a yoga class here. the personal is amazing. the only thing I have suggested is when talking about baths that make shower separate from spa so it is more inclusive for all.
We stayed in the tree house accomodation which was beautiful. The house was clean and smelt amazing as we walked in. It was cozy, private and relaxing with the view, wildlife and being able to hear the running water. Staff are friendly at both the reception and restaurant. If you need some time away from life, this is the place to come.
We stayed for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary and couldn't have asked for anything more. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was excellent in ambience, food and great service, once again the staff couldn't have been more attentive. The treehouse was divine to walk in, the smell, the relaxing music, soft lighting, the bed was like sleeping on clouds. We were provided with EVERYTHING we could need, lovely bottle of chilled wine and breakfast hamper, lovely warm fluffy robes. We made use of the fire since the weather was wet and cool. We had the best most relaxing getaway and 100% recommend for anyone who is thinking of coming here. We will definitely return. We loved getting back in touch with the natural serenity the resort offers.
