This is a fantastic spot that offers much more than you'd expect. There's a flower shop, a tea room, and delicious home-cooked meals available for lunch. Overall, it's just an amazing place!
We started with raspberry iced tea, which was incredibly refreshing. For lunch, we had scones that were absolutely delicious! The mascarpone clotted cream with jelly was so tasty that I could have happily indulged in just that! We also tried the tea sandwiches: chicken salad on a croissant and pistachio cranberry bread topped with a mustardy cream and cucumbers. They were delicate and delightful (although if you’re not a fan of mustard, you might want to skip them). To top it off, we enjoyed a bowl of the most flavorful tomato basil soup! Whether you go for the tea, the food, or just to explore, you simply must visit!
While traveling, I discovered this delightful eatery and was pleasantly surprised. Initially, I was bracing myself for fast food from Dairy Queen, but instead, I found a charming restaurant. Victoria, the owner, greeted me with warmth, and we engaged in a delightful conversation about her establishment. When I mentioned that I owned a women's lingerie shop, I realized her place had a similar vibe, which made for an enjoyable discussion. Though it was late in the day for food service, Victoria graciously offered to make me something light. When I told her that anything she could whip up would be great, she prepared a delicious quiche, pasta salad, and a croissant—all homemade by her. It was truly outstanding! I would give it a perfect 10. The price was quite reasonable as well—just $11, which also included my tea. In addition to the regular menu, she offers catering and tea parties. While I’m not sure about the usual lunch or breakfast hours, I highly recommend stopping by if you're seeking a tasty and relaxing experience in a classy atmosphere. Thank you so much, Victoria, for your kindness, generosity, and incredible culinary skills!
