The staff were quite rude and attempted to charge me for something they apparently didn't even provide. When I spoke to the manager, they mentioned that they were aware of the staff's behavior.
If you enjoy overpriced, flavorless ice cream and a staff that pays no attention to you, then this is the spot for you.
The vegan ice cream here is some of the best I've ever tasted. The customer service and staff are fantastic as well!
