Pizza Hut Express - Flagstaff

Pizza was so horrible. We ordered a stuffed crust and a cheese bread. Both were still doughy and tasted like yeast. The stuffed crust was bland and tasted like it never rose. The cheese bread was dry and barely had cheese. It was like bread sticks with a sliver of hard cheese. I have never been so sick from pizza before. We took a piece and threw the rest away and basically went hungry for the night after losing out appetite.

This place is slow, rude, doesn't follow instructions! We ordered curbside pickup. When we showed up the pizza needed to cook a little longer which was fine. Then it said it was ready we waited 5 minutes and finally went in. There was three people standing around chit-chatting doing nothing. When we asked about curbside pickup they said they don't do that because they don't have a runner but not only was there three people doing nothing somebody had just passed our vehicle doing a delivery and totally could have handed us a pizza on their way out! When they handed us our pizza they took the receipt on the box off and just handed us a credit card receipt and then when we went to do the survey we noticed we didn't have a survey code that was very convenient. Must be nice to be the only Pizza Hut in town so you don't need to have any sort of customer service or follow your own corporate guidelines. This is also the fourth time something like this has happened we are so sick of this place but it's the only one in town!

First off shout out to my man Eli (might have spelled it wrong). Not only was he super friendly, but he took the time to tell me about deals that fit what my family needed for dinner. It might be just pizza but his customer service skills are top notch. Thank you Eli.

We had their named pizza and it was delicious. It was late and they were very friendly and very nice.

I would prefer Peter Piper Pizza to this future stomach ache. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE The pizza is trash. Made from the cheapest ingredients. The kitchen is filthy, the pans and equipment are disgusting, and the people who work there should not be anywhere near someone else 's food. This place needs to be shut down. No Pizza Hut is better than this. The stuffed crust cheese tastes like chemicals and is NOT mozzarella. They will not refund your money if you bring back a whole pie with one slice missing, you will only be offered store credit... I mean why would anyone attempt to eat here twice?
