Oregano's Pizza Bistro - Flagstaff

I spoke highly of this location as I love their pasta and I was craving the famous pizza cookie ! It was my husbands first time. He got a thin crust pizza, and an Alfredo based pasta. When we ordered, we asked for no CAPERS in the pasta.. she agreed no capers. She brought my pasta, 20 mins later she brought his.. and it had a ton of capers all over the dish. I got her attention and made her aware of the issue for her to tell me they can’t remake it and the most she can do is take it off the check. The pizza wasn’t cooked all the way..i couldn’t even eat my meal comfortably without my husband having a meal to eat ! We tried to push the pasta away and settle for the pizza cookie for them to tell us they were unable to make it for us. $60 check for wasting our time and not accommodating us at all. I was so disappointed I wanted to cry! The server was unapologetic and acted as if we were a burden. I talked to the manager briefly and he offered a coupon. Overall experience was a joke and embarrassing. I won’t be returning.

We made a $70 dollar order that included a house salad, Numero One-O Pizza, and a white sauce pasta dish. The salad was wilted and awful, the dressing that accompanied it was literally disgusting.
