Arrived around 7pm, ordered 2 special comb, 1 stir fried beef and veggies and 1 stir fried chicken. Dishes are smaller than regular Vietnam restaurants and the stir fried rice is actually just white rice with meat and veggies aside. But flavors are great and service is good too! Like the way they put the utensils and napkins in a paper bag! Clean and neat!

The manager just decided to charge me $18 for 2 small cups of broth — no noodles!!!—because this is a special off-menu item . Little does he or she know the importance of customer experience. I gave the associate who checked me out the chance to right the ship and drop the price and he stated that this was the manager 's decision.Today was my first experience at MDM Pho. Today was also definitely my LAST experience at MDM Pho. I encourage the manager to use sound judgment in the future when pricing ad hoc items. Again, always put yourself in the shoes of the customer. Paying $18 for broth? You completely missed the mark here. If I owned this restaurant, I would fire this manager immediately... poor customer experience is unacceptable.

People who arr... read more I usually love this place but today I went to order curry for take out. I was told it would only be a 15 minute wait but was there for almost 30. People who arrived after me got served and when I got my take out order it was in a paper box and it leaked through. The rice was also thrown in with the curry instead of being put in a separate box. For the price I paid I didn’t expect to get such a cheap flimsy box that couldn’t withstand the heat and juice from the curry. I wish I could get a refund but it’s really not worth it. Please fix that. Your customers pay a quality price so they should get quality take out boxes at least. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
