Food was great! Service was great! Tasty treats from the bakery are great! Variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options! I had the pesto mozzarella sandwich. The bun was so delicious I wish I cou)d have gotten some to take home!! View all feedback.
What Steph Dee dislikes about Macy's European Coffeehouse:
Why call yourself a coffeehouse if you don't even serve coffee? Americano is not the same as coffee, it's just espresso. And the Americano they served was very weak. The food was just okay. The unisex bathrooms were dirty. The young professionals seem to really like their graffiti and overalls. View all feedback.

Lovely little Cafe! The staff are really nice and the food and drinks are great! They have a sizeable menu for such a little place, and they have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. I had the butternut squash soup and am now enjoying Macy'sSpecial (latte made with hot cocoa)
My friend and I were in the mood for coffee and decided to try Macy’s European Coffeehouse. The place had a warm, cozy local coffee shop atmosphere. Their menu offered such a wide variety of coffee choices that picking just one was tough! We chose the Macy’s Special, an espresso hot chocolate recommended by the barista. I loved the little cobweb design on the coffee, perfect for October. While the coffee was good, we found it a bit too sweet for our taste. We also enjoyed the breakfast croissant sandwich, which was delicious. I’d definitely like to return and sample another coffee from their charming menu.
Macy's European Coffeehouse, located right on Beaver Street, offers a diverse menu with plenty of great food options, decent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. The food was satisfactory for me, and my friends were quite pleased. Our mocha drinks arrived lukewarm instead of hot as requested and were a bit too sweet, but overall the food and drinks were decent. I appreciate that Macy's European Coffeehouse is open as early as 6:30 am on Sundays.
This place is wonderful! Having spent a lot of time in Flagstaff, I’m disappointed I waited so long to visit. Their drink selection is far more unique than anything I’ve encountered elsewhere, though I did choose a rare favorite of mine. I highly recommend their cinnamon rolls and any of their pastries. I can also personally endorse the biscuits and gravy—the biscuits have a crisp exterior with a soft, buttery interior, perfectly complemented by flavorful gravy. I’ll definitely be returning very soon!

A friend from Phoenix told us about Macy’s before we arrived in Flag. It’s a great option for breakfast/lunch or just a cool cafe to hang out in. Loved the HUGE vegan avocado BLT and appreciated the friendly staff.
Starting the day off with gf and vegan doughnuts, vegan scones and strong coffee makes for a fabulous morning. They have an extensive menu for coffees, breakfasts and lunches. Plus they open early. Check out the photographs
I’m surprised by the lack of vegan options at a restaurant that’s vegetarian. They have a couple of decent vegan sandwich options and waffles. The waffle is a small portion for the price, but it tasted good. The sandwich bread is extremely thick and a bit dry. The sandwiches would be a lot better if they added more of the condiments they use (guac, hummus vegan mayo). The coffee was great and they have a variety of milks to choose from. Overall it’s a decent option, just wish they had more vegan breakfast options to choose from.
Delightedby many vegan options on the menu, and got the best scone vegan or not I’ve ever had. Moist and flaky inside, crunchy on the outside, full of flavor. They should teach other cafes how it’s done! Yum.
