Grimaldi's Pizzeria - Flagstaff

My family and I visited Flagstaff in search of pizza, and we left convinced we had found the best pizza we've ever tasted. The entire experience was fantastic. Our waitress, Meaghan (I hope I spelled her name correctly), truly stood out with her professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge of the menu. These qualities should be standard for any server, but we were pleasantly surprised to learn that Meaghan was still in training and we were her very first table. We couldn't believe it! The atmosphere was delightful, the food was exceptional, and the service was impeccable.

I had the best experience! I absolutely love the pizza here. I celebrated my 21st birthday at this restaurant, and they created a custom drink for me that was simply delicious! Our server, Dimitri, was fantastic! Overall, it was an amazing time, and the food came out so quickly. The black cherry cake was incredibly tasty. I can’t wait to come back!

On my second visit to the restaurant, the waiter seemed unmotivated to help. It felt like pulling teeth just to hear the beer options—there was no menu to look at, and he wasn’t very informative about the choices, which seemed to be just Coors and Budweiser. However, I must mention that the original check-in process was excellent, showcasing high-quality ingredients. The decor, featuring wine bottles, was absolutely fantastic—truly impressive! Overall, despite the service hiccup, I would consider returning.

Excellent pizza! I wish there was a grimaldi’s in Denver I would go all the time!!

We shared a small house salad, everyone got a 12 pizza, everything was very good! I have a white garlic pizza with huh, red swirl mushroom, it was delicious. thin crust. I would definitely go back if I lived here!
