Del Taco - Flagstaff

We always enjoy Del Taco. We quickly crossed three lanes when we saw the sign! Thankfully, we were able to eat there before continuing our trip, and the service was excellent. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. We will definitely stop here again on our way back.

I would rate another Del Taco location 5 stars, but this one needs some help and possibly new staff. The food tasted half rotten, there was loud, profane rap music playing, and the restaurant was very dirty.

I missed eating at Del Taco, being from Alaska. The chili cheese fries were every bit as good as I remember. The portion filled me up and it was hot.

This is the worst location I've ever been too, they mess up your order almost every time and when you go through the drive through they have you pull so far forward you have to break your elbow to get your food. When questioned about it the kid at the window said customers aren't allowed to watch employees from the drive through anymore, what kind of joke is that! Is it so we don't watch you mess up our simple orders? 10 out of 10 won't recommend! I usually drive to the other side of town.

Drive thru visit. Cashier at the window told us to move our vehicle forward. She still wasn't done checking us out or giving us our food yet. We were confused. Because, now when she passes our credit card and food to us, we have to lean out the windows and grab it behind us. Turns out they just want us off the drive thru timer. They're cheating the system. I wasn't going to say anything, but when I opened my bag of food that too was sloppy and upsetting.
