Chipotle Mexican Grill - Flagstaff

Ordering was easy and simple. Ordered two bowls that were pretty good in terms of flavor. However, the brown rice was a bit undercooked and still crunchy and same with pinto beans. Seems like they needed a few more minutes of cooking.

Placed an online order for three bowls and a burrito, including most toppings, sides of queso and guac. Got home to see three half empty bowls of chicken, beans, and sour cream. No guac, missing queso, and absolutely none of the toppings ordered.

Terrible experience! My family and I visited the restaurant, and they only filled our bowls halfway, creating the saddest burrito I've ever seen. To make matters worse, they charged me for an extra burrito! They were out of sour cream and guacamole, and their fountain drinks were not working. Then they told me that the register wasn't functioning and asked if they could take my card to the back. I ended up spending $48 on what felt like subpar food! They did refund the extra charge I incurred at the register, which they claimed was broken. I really hope they processed that refund back to my card, or I'll have to go back there! I'll gladly drive across town to eat at the other Chipotle instead. This place is a disaster!

Terrible experience! On the bright side, they finally accept debit and credit cards. Haha. Overall, my experiences at Chipotle have not been great.

Excellent service, delicious food, and a convenient location just off the interstate. Chipotle is consistently dependable, but the use of a tip jar raises some questions. There are no waitstaff or servers; you handle everything yourself, just like you would at any other fast food restaurant.
