Chipotle Mexican Grill - Flagstaff

Terrible! My family went in and they only half filled our bowls and made the saddest burrito I have ever seen! Then proceeded to charge me for an extra burrito! They had no sour cream, no guacamole, and their fountain drinks weren't working! Then proceededto say, this register is not working, can I take your card to the back. I spent $48.00 on some trash! They did refund my extraitem I was charged for at the register that they claimed DID NOT WORK! I really hope they did refund my extra item back on mycard or I'll be visiting them again! I'll make the trip across town to eat at the other Chipotle. This place is a mess!

Absolutely horrible!! I guess on the bright side, they finally accept debit/credit cards. Hahaha. My experiences with Chipotle have been bad.

Great service, food, and location right off the interstate. Chipotle is always consistent and reliable, although the solicitation of tips via a tip jar is debatable. There 's no wait staff. No server. You do everything yourself like any otherfast food restaurant.

Ordering was easy and simple. Ordered two bowls that were pretty good in terms of flavor. However, the brown rice was a bit undercooked and still crunchy and same with pinto beans. Seems like they needed a few more minutes of cooking.

Placed an online order for three bowls and a burrito, including most toppings, sides of queso and guac. Got home to see three half empty bowls of chicken, beans, and sour cream. No guac, missing queso, and absolutely none of the toppings ordered.
