The order was quick from Justin. We ordered some BBQ whoppers that were missing the BBQ. We also were missing ranches. We went back in and the manager was direct. He pointed out the mistake to the person who made the burger, gave us our condiments, fixed our burgers and gave us ranch. It was awesome. Great Burger King visit with a good attitude and doing the right thing without complaints. View all feedback.

Short on staff, so a good wait to get order. Not fast food.
Lobby closed at 8????? Why... Your employees were outside in their car smoking weed ..
So first their headset was broken, then we pull up to the window and the woman inside pops her head out looking at us like huh? Lol I thought here we go, I ask for a chicken sandwich and she's like yeah we don't have mayo, I was like let me guess your ice cream machine is not working too and she's like yeah, you can go to MC Donald's ...got nothing oh an the road on that drivetru is bad ..

Absolutely horrible experience. 45 minute wait time at least from when I started counting. Service was slow. The back was filthy.
