Accu-temp Heating Air Conditioning

I bought a Trane AC unit in September 2020. Last Saturday 8 31 24. My AC quit working. I called the after hours number n a.tech called me back. He said to come out and diagnose would be $171 dollars. I told him ok. He arrived and stated that the Capisitor was blown n I needed a new one. I told him to replace. He replaced it n came back in n told me that the compressor began smoking n that I needed a new one. I told him that the unit was only 4 years old n had a 5 year warranty. I asked him how much to get my AC working. He figured it n he told me that it would $3600 for labor freon n dryer. I was shocked. I said the unit was only 4 years old n that I paid $5500. I called after labor day n spoke to Brad n then Luke. I was pissed . Luke said the new figure was $2609.00. I complained that I just spent $5500 9 2020. He said he was sorry but that was the price for the repairs. I asked to speak with the owner n he would not tell who the owner was, but I could talk with Chad the manager. I told him to have Chad call me. No call yet. DONT BUY AN AC UNIT FROM ACCU TEMP. THEY PROMISE 100% SATISFACTION BUT DONT DELIVER. THEY SUCK
