Came in at 2pm on a Sunday with my partner. Ordered 1 lamb and 1 chicken gyros with no onion but received 2 chicken gyros instead. When we asked them to rectify... read more Came in at 2pm on a Sunday with my partner. Ordered 1 lamb and 1 chicken gyros with no onion but received 2 chicken gyros instead. When we asked them to rectify the order they tried to shrug it off and said the order came through as 2 chickens in the receipt. They eventually did replace one of the chicken with a lamb gyros however there was about a quarter of a red onion in the roll (!)There was one other man in the restaurant who had placed his order before us and had the same issue. Aside from the obvious communication and customer service issues, the food was just okay. Flavours were there but the chicken was fatty and the lamb meat was quite gristly. Based on this experience, I'd eat McDonalds before considering coming back here.

While you may wait a few extra minutes compared to other fast food spots, the effort they put into giving their food a homemade touch with an authentic fast food feel is well worth it. Plus, you can enjoy a beer while waiting. I'll definitely be a regular here!
