Sherpaz - Fitzroy
Sherpaz
Description
Sherpaz offers a mixed experience for diners, with some enjoying the delicious food and quick service, while others have encountered issues with consistency and portion sizes. Positive highlights include the chicken korma, pumpkin masala, and Kashmiri naan. However, some reviewers have noted disappointments like missing items in their orders and small portion sizes in certain dishes. The cozy ambience and friendly staff receive praise across the board, making it a recommended spot for those looking for authentic Indian-Nepalese cuisine. With the standout butter chicken and flavorful vegetarian options, Sherpaz has the potential to provide a great dining experience if you are careful to check your order carefully when opting for takeout.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. I ordered takeout and the beef vindaloo was spicy but not overwhelming, while the chicken tikka was juicy and delicious. I highly recommend this place and hope that they maintain their standards in the future.
Highly recommended! Our group of four went for dinner and had a fantastic meal at Sherpaz. The beef korma and lamb rogan josh were incredibly delicious, definitely must-tries. Don't forget to also try the chicken vindaloo, it was absolutely yum. The flavors were outstanding. The staff provided excellent service and we enjoyed a lot of delicious food. We were more than happy to leave a tip and would definitely recommend dining here.
I had a great experience at Sherpaz! The food was delicious and the 'all you can eat' voucher was excellent value. The service was friendly and I couldn't eat any more after one entree, one main, bread, and papadams. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning.
Tasty and cosy. Came here on a Groupon deal. Service was great and the food was tasty. The samosas were fresh and well filled. Whilst we only had a limited choice of dishes the ones we chose were authentic for Nepalese cuisine. The ambience of the restaurant is cosy and I would recommend it. Plates were warmed up, which is also a nice touch. Only negative was the kulfi, which was a bit watery and bland.
Good Indian. Came here with groupon voucher. Nice ambience, quick and friendly service. Chicken tikka and tandoori for entree was tasty. Had lamb madras and butter chicken for mains which were fantastic. Gulab jamun for entree was good and authentic. Kulfi, however, tasted terrible.<br/ <br/ Overall nice restaurant and would go again. Good work.
