Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Hardly no sauce on the food and f fries were kinda cold

Shouldn't have to sit in line in the same spot for over an hour just for some

Had to wait 20 minutes on plate . It was 1 plate of food . They were extremely rude. The lady didn't hand me my food and it was done for 15 minutes . I finally got my plate and it was not correct at all , and extremely cold . Not to add the fact that my 2 year old daughter found a piece of some young lady's braid in her chicken i gave her . Very rude customer service. Would recommend driving further to get zaxbys . DO NOT GO TO THIS ZAXBGS AT ALL !!!

Too many kids that work here. I don’t like people playing around my food. Not only that. Be careful handing your debit or credit card to them. They like to steal peoples information.

I ordered dinner online to be picked up at the Zebulon Rd store. I placed the order about 4:45. I got there one minute before the time given. I was told it would be a couple minutes, I said fine. Meanwhile people are picking up their orders, placing orders and leaving with their food. I tried to be patient and nice but after 25 minutes of waiting I had enough. The food I received was cold, 2 items were missing from the order. I will never spend my money in a Zaxbys restaurant again.
