Domino's Pizza - Fitzgerald

The food isn't always what I ordered, but they do make it right. It's always delicious, hot, and fresh.

I’ve consistently faced issues with the staff in the preparations department at this Domino's location. The manager lacks a proper attitude when interacting with customers, and her customer service skills are severely lacking. I've encountered problems on two consecutive occasions when placing orders with the Fitzgerald chain of Domino's. The manager's demeanor is quite unpleasant, and it's hard to understand how she remains employed there. Surely, there are others who could perform this job better and provide exceptional customer service, understanding the importance of treating paying customers with respect. This situation is completely unacceptable!

When using the app, it notifies you that your order is ready, but it often isn't. It seems you also need to request any sauces you selected in the app separately.

The ONLY food establishment in Fitzgerald open after 11 pm. Always nice employees. Our order is always right.

My pizza had no sauce, I called back and they told me that I had to swap the pizza out but since I had eaten out of the pizza there was nothing they could do. Their service is horrible and their pizza is too.
