Just want to say a massive thank you to the girls working on 5/7/2023, we broke down and was recovered to the car park of the service station and sat there for many many hours waiting to get back to Norwich. The girls at costa were so lovely to us, kept checking on us and checking if we needed anything at all. Oh dear. The staff, on the day I visited, really didn 't attend any customer service course. I felt very much an inconvenience to them. The person in charge barked at a colleague and told her to serve the customer , I was very embarrassed and felt so sorry for someone who I assume was a new recruit.
