I recently found a new favorite pizza at a local restaurant. The "King of Hearts" pizza features a unique topping of speck, which I didn't really grasp at first. I used to go to Puccini regularly before trying this new place.
We checked off another Indybpizza location from our list during our lunch stop. I ordered the Bar 20 BBQ Chicken pizza and the Sweet Lil Pig pizza, and both were fantastic.
I went for lunch on Monday and ordered a dish that included a piece of cheese, a salad, and a soda. The choices for the day were either cheese or sausage, and I opted for the cheese.
The server initially did not provide any information about allergens until I brought up my allergy myself. It felt like they were downplaying the seriousness of the matter. I ended up choosing the marinara sauce instead, but I recommend exercising caution and double-checking ingredients before consuming anything that might contain allergens.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. I devoured the entire dish in one go and relished every bite. My omnivorous partner took a taste as well and compared it to cafeteria pizza from school. While I see his point, I don’t view it as a criticism.
