He offered us a warm welcome and handed us menus to look over until we were seated. It was a genuinely refreshing experience. Most people don’t go out of their way unless it's part of their job, but Tyler was very nice and polite. If he was also the one who prepared our order, great job, Tyler!

Items are often missing, and it's nearly impossible to reach someone by phone, even during weekdays when it isn't busy. The one time we did manage to get through, the manager promised to call us back but never followed through. It's frustrating because the food here is delicious, but the service is lacking. It appears that dine-in customers tend to leave positive reviews, while those ordering for delivery or takeout frequently rate their experience with just one star. This has been an ongoing problem for months, and it seems like Prodigy isn't taking any steps to improve or even cares to address the issue. Additionally, they removed the buffalo chicken dip from the appetizer menu, and now the only way to get it is by ordering a dip trio, which is significantly more expensive than the original option.

We ordered the build-you... read more We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. The food was excellent! We ordered the build-your-own salmon, which was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. Plus, you can’t beat the $5 kids' burger meal—it comes with larger burgers and fries than what you’d get at most fast-food places!

Although, watching the bus boy bus tables and then clearly seeing him and the host going up to the bowl in the hot window where the fries are kept and eating them frequently through the meal. This same fries are what we’re put on customers plates to serve. The paper towels in the bathroom were out and there was a bit of blood splatter on the top of the air drier in the mens bathroom. To top it off, there was a minor with their family sitting at the bar top.
