I ordered a beef and cheddar and got less than a teaspoon of cheese in the whole thing. The shake was decent and the beef was fine, just disappointed in the lack of cheese.
This location is only open about 50% of the time. Always a maintenance issue or no help!! Ridiculous!!
Thomas is an outstanding general manager. I encountered an issue with the app, and he resolved it promptly and with a friendly attitude. Frustrated today. We ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich and the meat is a mix of their regular meat and good meat and entire sandwich is smaller. Boy do I feel cheated! Very saddened!????
Thomas is an awesome GM. I had an issue with the app and he corrected it immediately and with a smile. His demeanor and appreciation for this location is the reason I come back to this store. You can tell he is one of the better GMs in foodservice. Thank you Thomas!
