Frustrated today. We ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich and the meat is a mix of their regular meat and good meat and entire sandwich is smaller. Boy do I feel cheated! Very saddened!?

Second time I’ve ordered a brisket bacon sandwich which they say is supposed to come with au jus. Both times I have not received my au jus. Plus I ordered from door dash so I’m not traveling to the store to get it. Done with this Arbys.

Consistently awful fries and don't ask for anything extra even if you pay for it...you won't get it.

Got our order via door dash and it was missing a very important item. When I called and spoke with Devon, he was sincerely apologetic and rectified the situation for us. He went above and beyond. We will definitely be back. Food was fresh anddelicious! Thank you Devin for providing excellent customer service to us. It exceeded our expectations!

Dined in before lunch rush. 1 customer at counter getting a refund should've warned me. Not busy, took 10 mins to get order. Sandwich had very little meat(see photo). Cold air blowing through vents in dining room. It was 50 degrees outside. Dobetter
