I figured it's self service, but since it wasn't busy I got full service, recommendation on what to have and a pleasant conversation. I did not get the name of the lady, but she was brilliant. I enjoyed a really good cappuccino (quite expensive, but in line with the prices of other restaurants/bars in the airport). I particularly appreciated the kindness and disposability of the staff.
