I immediately offered to pay all shipping costs, but after several emails and phone calls I have not received any response for over two weeks. I hope the hotel will contact me and help resolve this situation professionally.

The rooms look very nice and the bed is also fantastic. I only would recommend to have 2 blankets on the bed and not 1. It can be annoying for some people. It's also nice that the hotel has free WiFi. The WiFi isn't the best. But I also wouldn't think that because it's hotel WiFi. Maybe that you could have better Wi-Fi with access points. The only negative thing what I think about is that this hotel doesn't have an elevator (when there is one my bad then but I haven't seen one. But it's for the money what you pay a really great hotel!
