I have been here a number of times for their scrumptious gelati, but decided to try their coffee as I was catching up with a business associate here. These guys know how to make a seriously good coffee, at a very reasonable price too I might add. Next time I will have to try some of their cakes or biscuits with my coffee or have lunch there, as they do serve hot meals too. View all feedback.

I reviewed Dolcetti’s over two years ago and rated it On a normal day I would probably do the same again, but not today. Off street parking is easy, access is good, there are plenty of table and chairs – all very smart. There...is a cabinet of gelati, a good range of cakes – mostly of the round tart format, and pies and pasties are available. The food and drinks are all fine. But on this day there is a tradesman at w... View all feedback.
The gelato at this restaurant is beautiful and delicious, with a huge variety to choose from. The service is friendly and warm, and the place is very popular and clean. My favorite flavor is the Baci Pistachio.
On arrival I was greeted by a nice, friendly staff. The premises looked clean what I like. When I go to places that have gelati and cake refrigerators that look messy and dirty, it takes me out because I think if they can't keep what they do with my food! When I was served, she was happy to give my nephew some time to make a choice about what he wanted. I bought a “lobster dick” Italian cake. Yes, it was DELICIOUS!!! I also have a small tub of lemon cheese cake ice cream.. I was in heaven eating it all the time. So much so that I ended up getting some small cakes and ice cream to return to other family members who also ice cream was extremely good. My nephew chose the Mascarpon and Nutella taste, also delicious!!!!! Other Gelati varieties have so many good reviews and I am uncertain why their Gelati aromas either taste artificial or eat like a ton on sugar. Some of you may think this review is exaggerated, but I love my cakes and gelati and hardly ever go to places to buy them because I am disappointed. If I could give this place 11/10, I would. See you Dolcetti!
A great find. Very clean, good simple parking, many tables. We had quiche, salad and pasty. The cakes and gelato looked good, but we only had coffee. It's worth the ride.
I checked Dolcetti over two years ago and rated it 4/5. On a normal day, I would probably do the same again, but not today. Off Street parking is easy, access is good, there are many tables and chairs – all very smart. There is a cabinet of Gelati, a good selection of cakes – mostly from the round tart format, and cakes and pasties are available. The food and the drinks are all right. But this day there's a dealer at work. This means that the doors are open on this cool afternoon, and for some reason the dishes and cutlery are not in use. I really do not think that paper cups and paddlesticks improve our coffee experience! So, for today, 3/5.
Dolcetti's serve the best coffee I'm told but, as a tea drinker, I can say that they serve a jolly good pot of tea. Their pastries are to die for. They are just the right size. I've worked my way through most of them and they are all delicious but my favourite is the canoli. They have grown since they first open and now have more food choices on offer. If you haven't been, visit them and you will keep going back.
