I... read more I have always came to eat burgers at this restaurant, and I went many times because the burgers were good but with my last experience, I will never go again. I had ordered 3 sandwiches with fries and I called them again to order some extra fries because they always gave very little fries, and they charged me an additional 20 euros for the fries, without telling me, she had told me another price and I was forced to pay it when the food delivery guy arrived. I had called with my American number so they must have ripped me off for being American. They are racist, robbers, and no one should waste their money on a business that likes to take advantage of their loyal customers.

This place was just up the road from our hotel. Only had a drink on each of our visits. Friendly welcome and excellent choice of their own beers. Sadly quiet due to lack of visitors and Stay more than a metre away from the nearest person regulation (couples/small groups excluded!! . Will revisit when next in Florence!
