Iris brought us a good deal... read more Tourist trap is an ill fit description if you meet the waitress Iris. Our first few days in Florence we ate at the upstairs balcony. Iris brought us a good deal of free food that was absolutely delicious. All we did was pay very reasonable prices for drinks and leave a decent tip. We cannot imagine why other people have had poor experiences. We found it absolutely delightful. So much so, we returned just before our flight out to say hi to Iris. We loved it! May you as well.

They didn't ask us... read more The cafe was quite nice, and in a wonderful location right near Ponte Vecchio. We got what we considered a fair deal, for a panini and wine. They didn't ask us about heating up the bread, and the toilet cover appeared a bit dodgy, but the staff was friendly, the quarters tidy and our overall impression was good. (Oct
