Take dog fpr a walk and pop in to see if there is a table for tw and dog. Full but the always welcoming owner suggests we come back 20 minutes later and he will arrange for us. This is year after year a small but very friendly place and with a fantastic cuisine, mixing Italian traditions with a bit other influences. And again we are treated with delicious starters a very tasty fish. Owner always selects very appropriate wines by the glass if you ask advice. Desderio is truly a gem

Two vegetarians but still enough choice with gnocchi in a tomato sauce and stuffed courgette with a selection of artisan bread. We called in on chance as we’d got the number 10 bus up to do a walk around the area. Would definitely recommend. Not the cheapest place but we thought it was good value for the quality of the ingredients.

They actually salt the bread. The food was outstanding. The staff is informative and sweet! A fabulous wine selection! We had the steak and eggplant . Split a pasta and a great white. Not sure what happened to the pictures but it was delish!!
