Poke Pop - Fircrest

This is the 2nd time I've had Poke. I really love it. I was grateful they offered a vegan option. However, it would have been more enjoyable if the tofu had some seasoning on it and if they offered a few more options for the crunch. Overall, I'd go back. The pricing was very reasonable.

Unexpectedly stopped by with my wife for lunch and OMG where have we been?! As longtime local residents, we make it a habit to try out different places, and I wish we would’ve came to Poke Pop sooner! Amazingly fresh and customizable. I loved the combination of spicy tuna and spicy salmon! Don’t forget the furikake!

I was a little disappointed when I got there my online order wasn’t ready. But the guy made it in less than 3 minutes when I got there. It was nice and fresh in case if I was late, but it’s however you want to look at it. Little portions. Kind of disappointed when I looked on the menu inside and the protein for 2 scoops was the SAME as online for 1 scoop. Kind of turned me the wrong way. The guy was okay and had okay service, kept coughing, not sure if he was doing that because he was judging me, but either way the was okay. Place was extremely clean and sanitary. Oh and they were out of stock on massago. Probably won’t return unless I’m stuck in the area.

Employees have absolutely zero respect for Uber Eats pickup customers. To start, they marked the order as “ready” immediately upon submitting the order. Before that, it said it would be ready in 5-15 minutes. We gave it 20-25 minutes before arriving, and the employees were standing around doing nothing. Going to the register, and asking for the order, they only then began making the order. Then, a customer came in and ordered, and they stopped making our order and worked on theirs. That person came and went before they finished ours. Then an Uber Eats driver came in and picked up an order that was, in fact, already prepared. Do not use Uber Eats for a pickup platform as they don't treat you like a real customer and the prices are higher on Uber Eats anyway. You will be lowest possible priority. Better yet, don't support this business. This has happened multiple times.

They've gotten a lot better from the first time we went here a couple years ago. The staff are super friendly and the poke tastes very fresh. The portions are generous compared to before.
