They packaged it nicely and included Salsa. The salsa had a pleasant amount of heat without setting your mouth on fire. The whole experience was pleasant as a matter of fact. The people were nice and helpful, my food came quickly, everything was tasty, the portion size was filling, and the price was reasonable. I will eat there again for ????

I ordered takeout, and they packaged it nicely while including salsa. The salsa had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, my food arrived quickly, everything was flavorful, the portion size was satisfying, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be dining at Los Tapatios again to explore more of their menu!

The lady who took our order seemed ov... read more I spent $42 with an $8 tip for tortilla soup, a carne asada plate, and a single chile relleno (which was really just one). The lady who took our order seemed overwhelmed. After we paid and sat down, we didn't receive any water, chips, or salsa. After 5 to 8 minutes, we had to ask if we could get chips and salsa, and I had to remind them again for water. When the chips finally arrived, we were told our order would be out shortly. I got my carne asada plate but there were no tortillas or knife, so I had to get up and check on the tortillas. Three minutes later, she said she had them in hand and would bring them over. The rest of our food came out staggered, despite there being only one other person in the restaurant. They never followed up to see if we needed anything. I had to ask for a to-go box, but they forgot the one for the soup and it took an extra 4 minutes. Instead of the single chile relleno I ordered, I ended up with a whole meal I didn’t want. The service was really lacking, and the food was mediocre at best.
