To sit at the terrace in the sun, have a look at the country side and enjoy the goose liver paté with a Gewurztraminer or try the menu card with normal prices. But dont expect gourmet cusine, just typical French country side restaurant cuisine. Very...More View all feedback.
Arrived just before closing and made to feel very welcome. Had fois gras and salmon salad to start. Both fantastic. Followed by the veal and rump steak with chips. Great quality meat. Really tasty sauces. Chips were to die for as were the gratin tomatoes....Finished up with a very chocolatey mousse and creme brulee. All from the set menu and amazing value for money. Service from the owner was wonderful and treated us to a comp glass of bubbles. Will definetly be returning.
Eight of us were warmly welcomed and served freshly cooked tasty food at a reasonable price. Something good for everyone. Unfinished child's pizza wrapped up for us to take away. We wished we had found this place before the last day of our holiday!
The nice local restaurant with tasty, reasonably priced food. High chairs are available and staff are attentive. Well worth a second visit.
After entering the restaurant with our months old son the owner decided to share the toys and children's books of her own family and her sweet son started playing with our son. There was a lot to choose from the menu card. The finishing...part (we both chose tart tartin as a desert) was absolutely beyond our expectations! Highly recommendable.
A great little gem of a restaurant. We ate here twice and were not disappointed either time. Both times we ate from the euro menu which was absolutely excellent. Good priced drinks too but the star of the show was the delicious food which...was well presented and served by friendly staff.
