We placed a delivery order. The minimum order value is very high and delivery was quite quick. However, a delivery item was forgotten, which only became apparent after the tip was paid. It was promised that we would deliver within 20 minutes, but in the end it took 45 minutes after two phone calls. Tips were not refunded even though they were requested.
