Retired meat that was delicious. incredibly delicate, tasty and perfectly cooked. The sauce was surprising, it had a lot of taste of brown cheese and... caramel!!! Surprisingly, the bowl was incredibly good that was otherwise served with Brussels tips, mushrooms and bacon. The Hasselback potato was decent. From sweet to break, it was the standard lingonberry, but it was arranged on tinted pears that were roasted. It was a wonderful combination to the rest of the plate. We ordered chocolate fond for dessert and the restaurant gets a discount for too little fried fondant. We didn't get the surprise to dance a hole in it and then discover that it floats inside. It was just the wreath on the fondant who was fried. It was served with a hole in the middle, where the dough had spilled over the plate. In addition, it was served with good whipped cream, I wasn't wrong, it was Menkomel beat. Incredibly sad to ruin an overall impression in this way. The waiter was pleasant and recommended very suitable wine. Despite a disappointing dessert, I would still strongly recommend the Countess:
There were four of us who wanted to eat Steak on Friday night at 19:00, the steak was perfectly cooked and tender. The negative thing about the whole dinner was that it took 1.5 hours before we got the food, which is too bad if you spend more than 500 NOK per person. Pers. (Without Dessert) Now we are back here and it was a completely different experience. We ordered reindeer fillet, and it took only 10-15 minutes before the food was on the stable. The food tasted excellent and we received good service, so I increased it to 4 stars.
Ordered steak and steak blend. Incredibly delicious food and friendly service.
