Taco Bell - Findlay

Unfortunately, my visit today was quite disappointing. I ordered the cheddar chulpa box, but was informed it was no longer available, even though it’s still listed on the menu. Then, I ordered three tacos without salad, but one had significantly more cheese than meat. The dishes tasted stale. I also ordered the kitschige fiesta kartoffel, but received no plastic utensils or napkins to enjoy it. I understand that menus can change, but it would be helpful to cover up items that are no longer available, like the Mexican pizza, to avoid confusion. Honestly, for $7.19, the amount I received was hardly worth it—I doubt there was even $2 worth of food in the tacos.

I ordered a soft taco through the drive-thru, but it was missing when I got home. When I returned to the restaurant, they didn’t offer any help. I didn’t want to make the 10-minute drive back just to let the rest of my food get cold. The other tacos were a mess, and the nachos hardly had any toppings. It must be nice to work in a place that doesn’t maintain standards.

I've never reviewed a fast food restaurant before, but this Taco Bell is the best I've ever visited. It's super clean (not sticky like most places), and the service is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered to make a quesadilla without spice for my young child without me having to ask! Additionally, the bathrooms are very clean and both the men's and women's restrooms have changing tables.

I've never reviewed a fast food restaurant before, but I have to say that this Taco Bell is the best I've ever visited. It's incredibly clean—definitely not sticky like many others—and the service is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered to remake the quesadilla without spice for my toddler without me even asking! The bathrooms are also very clean, with changing tables available in both the men's and women's restrooms.

Nothing like order extra sauce and get zero! if they all only care 2% it would be so much better! that's the first time I gave them a chance and they're kidding. so easy!
