Greek Garden - Findlay

This is a nice casual place in downtown Findlay. We had a nice lunch here sitting outside with my friend's puppy. Good service, friendly and offered a water bowl for the doggie. I had the Greek rice bowl which was the first time I ever saw this offering at a restaurant. Rice pilaf, layered with feta, cucumber, pepper, tomato, onion and I added olives then you pick a protein. They have traditional spit cooked gyro meat (lamb and beef combo usually), chicken or both. I had gyro meat which was what I was craving after walking in the door. I was so happy to see a version with the pita which is too much bread for me. Everything was delicious, fresh veggies, freshly sliced meat, stayed hot even though it was windy outside. We sat in their side patio area. It's not huge but plenty big and they had some nice larger tables, 8-10 people could fit. This would be a fun place for a big group to enjoy.

Delightful food! Wonderful appetizers and exceptionally fast service. Ordered spanikopita, gyros, and creme brûlée and it was all delicious.

Greek Garden is a great casual restaurant with delicious and affordable food. Literally every single menu item I've tried (and there's been a lot of them) is great. Three generations of my family love Greek Garden so it's somewhere we frequent. Some of my favorite meals are the Bruce salad, Rice bowl, gyro, hummus, and saganaki. I really appreciate the improvements Greek Garden has made in the last several years to its atmosphere. They often have live music inside outside and the re-vamped patio is the best spot in Findlay with its huge tables, outdoor bar large plants. You never feel like you're hanging out in an alley. It's my favorite spot in the summer months to drink wine, eat some delicious food, listen to live music and just chill.

Have had the opportunity to enjoy this establishment since the original owner. The food has always been great. For an odd reason service has Always been horrible. My latest and last experience accrued over a call in order for pick. Spoke with Adam for a Greek sampler order. Truly nothing fancy. Adam said ten minutes your order will be ready . Outstanding since my drive time with construction would take 18 minutes. Assumed I would be able pick up my order and keep on moving. Silly me. No such luck. Could bore you readers with having to wait an additional 10 minutes, watch the chef and individual manning the cash register loudly discussing my meal but truly why bother. Let 's just say I left without my Greek Sampler. My suggestion go to Cedar Valley restaurant.
