I absolutely adore this place! Their pizza is delicious and they offer specials throughout the week. Plus, they provide free local delivery after 4 pm. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive perfect scores of 5.

I've been a loyal customer at Finch restaurant for several years. The food is good and the prices are fair. Last night the service and the treatment was received terrible. When we arrived, the waitress told us to come back in 30 minutes and she had a table for us. We did as desired and sat around approx. 19:25. Note: The restaurant closes at 20:00. The waitress had just brought our drinks that were not touched. The owner's wife came by and told us that she could not serve us as they were secured. Wow. The reality is that they didn't want to stay open for a few minutes longer. My question is why we were told to wait outside for half an hour and then take our drinks orders, but not serve us? I went out without saying a word. I'm not back. This is not how you run a business and certainly not how you keep loyal customers. We went to Hardstones in Kemptville and were immediately served with better food at a somewhat higher cost. Screws support local small restaurants. Learn how to treat people and maybe there will be some loyalty.
