I would like to say that I felt that the food was very good at Gasthaus Echo but it was just average. My Bavarian friend and I were excited to have traditional Austrian fair featuring deer and wild boar. While the dinners were home made,...they were reheated leftovers. This restaurant is very busy and reservations are recommended. The great food is the attraction. Had meat strudel soup which was delicious and unique. The venison tournedos were excellent and satisfying. Cosy rustic dining room with friendly service.

We were having dinner at this restaurant in front of our hotel. the phenomenal service, the good kitchen and the normal price to my opinion. popular prices. recommended if you pass by here.
There was a tweezing dump this day, so I was eating there. staff extremely nice, noodle naja...but it is very pleasant to sit there and drink something, the environment is the delight.
Away from the busy road lies the gas house echo just before the small gosau lake at the foot of the dachstein mountains. an idyllic place with a beautiful playground for children.The nature is impressive with the mountains and forests and meadows. we were allowed to experience a summer weather, on the covered terrace of the gasthof. That was very nice. we were allowed to stand and stay in the garden without any problems after short demand.
