What Julie (J) doesn't like about Brewers Fayre Bristol Concorde:
I'm giving this place a 1-star rating because I can't go any lower. We waited over 40 minutes for our food, and when we decided to leave, it still hadn’t arrived, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The staff were extremely rude, and one even shouted at my friend, accusing us of being too impatient and claiming we had no right to complain about the poor service. Overall, I would rate the food: 1, service: 1,... View all feedback.
This evening we went with 22 of us. Pre-booked) we had a fantastic time. Food was amazing. Fresh and well presented. It can out quickly too The staff made us really welcome. All in all we will be going back. Highly recommend. Thank you to all staff.
Great food and friendly staff always made to feel welcome
Our first visit here on a Sunday afternoon, we came to the frying evening. in the arrival was the service excellent, the waiters were very informative and helpful. we ordered 2 large Brat-Rind dinner for the small sum of around £10 each. we could eat, great portions and very tasty not mistake. we were bought on request extra gravurous and we could have refilled to the bratkartoffeln and yorkshires indefinitely if we were not full. we made space for dessert, but that was also delicious. after we have received our net, the level of the service fell when the staff changed the layers and it was difficult to get the attention of the waiters despite the very small amount of diners. at the end we were almost 2 hours in the restaurant and should have done in just 1. I could eat that and not harm the worth, and I'm sure we'll be back soon.
My first visit in this brewers fayre was not the same as I went with. the young welsh lady was beautiful, very friendly and nice. the manager seemed a little rude! not sure how I understood that so wrong, she was really very friendly and nice. the whole experience was pleasant, nice and friendly and even had a small village pub feeling mostly on the way the personal including the manager interacted with each other and the customers. eating was something above the standard they would expect at a brewer’s fayre, which was a pleasant surprise and I would certainly visit again if I had not driven 300 miles to stay in the accompanying premier inn.
Concord, filton (nr bristol) had a very positive experience when we went to breakfast with my son and two grandchildren. complimente an dave der koch. the food was all perfectly cooked and delicious. the two employees who took part in us were excellent. Many thanks to the woman who greeted us and took us on the spot (sorry that I didn't get her names), and to izzy our server who was friendly and helpful. based on this experience we will visit again soon
