Nicholes - Fillmore

The pizza was great but when I ordered over the phone I wasn't told there would be an extra $10 delivery fee because of the price of the order and the 10 minute drive. Ended up paying $18.99 for a personal size pizza. Wish I would have known when I was ordering.

The food is hit or miss but the kids prices are a good value.

I have eaten a lot of Calazones in my life, but the one I had there was by far the best I have ever had!

They charged us for a mistake they made with our order. We ordered chicken fingers and curly fries and they up-charged us for curly fries. We got home and there were straight fries in the container. We called and they asked if we wanted curly fries and we said sure because they had up-charged us for them. We went back and they charged us for the straight fries because I said I would take them because I figured they were going to be thrown away. So when we got home my wife called them and they said it’s their policy to charge for them if the customer decides to keep them. My wife said they would throw them out anyways, right, and they lady on the phone said, “yeah, most likely.” So why in the first place are they charging us for their mistake and for food they should throw out if we didn’t keep it. Secondly, the respond “yeah, mostly likely” to throwing out food that was already given to the customer is wrong it should be thrown out. So, all and all we were not impressed with them and their lack of customer service. Then to top it all off we found plastic in our fries when we were eating them. We will never be getting food from there again.

So expensive. Lunch for two was $52.00. No sauce on wings. Blue cheese was good. Fries were soggy so were the onion peddles. We ate there as well. And the one arcade game took my money.
