I ordered on the phone, came paid after 30 minutes and waited for my order. obviously forget my order and should have been honest and told me when I arrived. no engagement or interaction just wanted to pay me. After waiting for 15 minutes with absolute recognition that my order would be too late, I had to initiate the discussion and ask if they forget my order? there was a lot of empty look between the young person and the guy who makes the pizza, said part of it. ten minutes pass, and still no one initiates every discussion and I ask again how long will it be? I was told shouldn't be too much longer, I give feedback that it would have been nice when I arrived that they forget my order, and I would wait another 20 minutes or so than to wait I left and sat in my car. I finally get my order and it will be given to me with absolutely no excuse or recognition that it was late. as I leave, I give a few feedback that her customer service could do with something improvement. I do not recommend that people go there if they want to be treated with respect. hot tip youngs, customer service is one of the reasons why they are back business. as the tines rise and the money for families becomes narrower, they will take away as if. people will not choose to spend their money where they are not respected. a simple smile, small talks and man should be given one.

But we didn’t... read more Ordered a pasta dish with Prawns on Friday night and when I opened it at home there were no prawns. Called them and they offered a new dish great! But we didn’t feel like Coming back out so they offered a free replacement next time we order great!Since we had left over pizza I said let’s grab that replacement meal on Saturday. When we went to pick it up we basically were accused of lying for a free dish! Were told ‘were we sure?’ That they had ‘checked the cameras and all prawns dishes had prawns in them’Sorry but we’re not hard up for a free meal.You ACTUALLY sold us a prawn pasta with no prawns.It wasn’t us being deceitful It was YOU made a mistake.But thanks for making us feel like a scab for your errorWe did order regularly from Friends but won’t anymore.The pasta dishes are half full these days anyway

This past weekend, we celebrated our son's 16th birthday with a group of 40 people, and the service was outstanding. They didn’t miss a beat—everyone was friendly, just like their name suggests, and the food was served promptly. We couldn’t find any faults at all!
