Hands down best trippa alla fiorentina I have ever eaten. Visitting this place every time I come to Tuscany (it will be years now). Has not change a bit. Very friendly place. If you want to eat the best trippa ever, go to this...one. You won’t be disappointed!

We stayed on Friday December and after ordering the sandwich with the lampredotto we tasted (for the first time) the chicken chives. We arrived late, stoves already turned off and the kind owner, who according to me is a sosia of streisand barbra, was already putting in place the place for the next day. with great availability he took a look at what he could have served us and he proposed, lampredotto, trippa alla fiorentina, cipolline chicken and sandwiches with cheese and sliced. we started with a bowl of lampredotto, goose and beautifully seasoned and a sandwich with ham and cheese ... not happy, I made the bis with a trippa tray and if I had to say which of the two fantastic straws was more good than the other I would do a wrong to one of the two.
