We had booked a table for and were seated downstairs, we placed an order for drinks and the waitress was gone as soon as we had said which bottle of wine, with... read more We had booked a table for and were seated downstairs, we placed an order for drinks and the waitress was gone as soon as we had said which bottle of wine, with no option to order anything else (like water). After the wine was...brought to the table we waited for someone to take our food order, no one came to take the food order until (after being called over). They were very apologetic and comped the wine, but the experience was kind of ruined at that point. The starters and main courses were delicious, as were the cocktails. The deserts were not great, dishes which are normally very enjoyable with odd ingredients added, to make them more unique, but which just made them unpleasant. This was a very different experience to any I’ve had here before.
