What Alan B doesn't like about The Palace Pantry:
Initial seating and food service was good. Food was tasty. However, giving one star because after waiting 40 minutes for our coffee and cake order, we were shocked to see locals who placed their order 20 minutes after ours getting served. My wife is a big fan of Highlander so we stayed here partly because of that, and partly to use it as a base to see other areas around. There isn't much in the village, but it is lovely. For the guest house itself, the breakfast is amazing, the rooms really cosy and comfortable, staff are super friendly, and good craic in the bar.
