Absolutely fantastic food, would recommend everytime.

Normally this restaurant provides excellent food and friendly service. I am afraid that on 14th February 2015, four of us went for a meal. Our table was booked for 6.45. We ordered from the only menu on offer. (That was disappointing, as the normal menu would have offered a far better choice and also side dishes) We didn't get our meal until 8.35. The food was excellent, but I am afraid that the service let them down VERY badly. Such a shame, as we usually really enjoy our eating out experience in this restaurant. We also thought that it was more expensive than it usually is.

The food was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly. They allow you to bring your own bottle if you want to enjoy alcohol.

My friend and I went to The taste of India last night, Saturday 8 November and the waiter insulted my friend and I, he said that a bad smell was coming from our table and it was upsetting the customers but there was no customers around the area where we were sitting and that put a dampener on the whole evening.We wont be eating there again.

The food was excellent and the surroundings comfortable and pleasant. The true five-star experience, however, came from the service. The waiting staff were friendly, polite and incredibly attentive without being annoying. I would also like to mention that I dined with a vegan friend and all of her dietary requirements were listened to and staff went out of their way to see that she had what she required.
