Come to st andrews I went two days in a row. It's a 5-6 minute drive from the Old Course. It's good for the price and the staff at Old Course Hotel is also a taxi driver also recommended me. Price per person: £20–30
Found this place by chance, when the Indian we booked into online had actually closed down…so we followed the relocation directions to Tanon…and so glad we did! The food was amazing! I had sweet corn fritters to start followed by tofu green curry, my husband had prawn toast followed by chicken catsu curry, with a side of Thai prawn crackers…couldn’t fault the food…it was outstanding, along with a nice relaxed atmosphere, fantastic friendly and fast service…we wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend…so glad the Indian was closed, what a find!!!
Tanon is a wonderful experience. The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is relaxed. A return visit to St Andrews is definitely necessary in order to try more dishes.
