I was lucky enough to visit th... read more I have been a few times before to this cafe and I thought the food was really nice. However, I cannot say the same for the staff. I was lucky enough to visit this place when the staff were pretty decent, but I’ve noticed that...it can change frequently depending on who is manning the front. One of my family members also said they had a bit of an experience here with rude staff. I waited for 5 minutes when there were two members of staff at the front but they did not even make any efforts to acknowledge me and my friend and continued talking. They made zero efforts to ask or even acknowledge and I knew surely that if I had stayed any longer I would have been there a long time. It’s a shame really because the food is nice. But customer service can really makes a place, and I’ve noticed this cafe seems to have a huge problem with that. Don’t go here if you want to have a nice time, it’s doesn’t feel very welcoming.

Complained to waitress who went to speak to the manager who said...as they were busy he couldn't give a discount, we were happy to wait the 40mins for our breakfast if it had been freshly cooked. Won't be back !!
