Forgan's - Fife

My wife and I went to lunch yesterday and had a pleasant meal that makes our expectations wet. we have already eaten here while the service was slow, the food was good.

Forgans has such a great mood, fabulous interior design, we found the personal really friendly and with efficient service know. the starters were the stars, especially my friends tempura prawns, and decent haggis bon bons! Unfortunately, the main courses did not fully meet our expectations, the bark cake, was lacking in taste, and was served with hunks of brot and veg, which was not very inspiring. my friends seafood mac n cheese was in their words good enough' but not the wow taste I expected. definitiw would go back because it is such a great place. it even ran on a Sunday night!

An absolutely gorgeous venue for the whole family to enjoy, would highly recommend the haggis neeps and tatties they were absolutely to die for. Top top service here aswell, some of the best in the industry! Our server Zoë made sure we had everything we needed! Would reccommend in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a good meal in St Andrews.

Fantastic lunch, great service and good value. They were very busy but explained clearly. Vini served us, made us feel very welcome and helped us decide what to eat.
