As difficult as it is to go wrong on the King of Italian cured meats, culatello well they made it. A simple piadina with culatello should be the easiest option, and the quality of the product is actually good. Yet asking for a simple piadina with culatello with grilled zucchini on the side can turn a safe choice into less than a mediocre one. Too much too tasty too abundant too much of all raw material exceptional but oo excessive risotto with parmesan digested the day after
I was passing through the highway and decided to ocire to make dinner. the local is very close to the highway toll and offers salami, cheese and typical products of the highest quality. prices are not cheap but with this level of products we do not regret to have spent a few more euros. friendly and very helpful staff, I felt at home.
