Unacceptable waiting time... posted 10-30min on uber eats, my order came after 1h45 after 2 calls. Too bad, the sushi are good and the staff is nice but when we call, we are told that the order arrives in 10 minutes, that we call back 20 minutes later so that we can still be told that it arrives in 10 minutes, we have a feeling of being caught for cons. 01:00 to be delivered. I ordered by Uber eats. They have to get one of their friends to work, but it's not a quick one.
Accept uber commands but never deliver them.... No follow-up, no excuse. I went through uber, your phone was on messaging and no one ever delivered me. I have all the evidence, no need to say that never happened to us.
